Datas de Exame
Todas as datas oficiais de exame são definidas e geridas pelo English Exam Centre (EEC). A The English Academy não define, gere nem altera datas de exame.
O calendário publicado no nosso site baseia-se exclusivamente na informação disponibilizada pelo English Exam Centre no momento da consulta. As datas, disponibilidade e condições estão sujeitas a alterações por parte do EEC, sem aviso prévio.
Nota: Todas as inscrições devem ser efetuadas diretamente através da The English Academy.
Recomendação do Professor
Os alunos só devem inscrever-se para exame quando formalmente recomendados pelo seu professor. A recomendação baseia-se em:
- Avaliação académica
- Desempenho em mock exams
- Participação em aula
- Grau geral de preparação
Realizar o exame no momento adequado é essencial para alcançar o melhor resultado possível.
B2 First vs B2 First for Schools
O B2 First e o B2 First for Schools são duas versões da mesma qualificação. Ambos:
- Atribuem exatamente o mesmo certificado
- Avaliam as mesmas competências
- Têm o mesmo nível de dificuldade
- Podem ser realizados por candidatos de qualquer idade
A versão “For Schools” inclui simplesmente temas mais direcionados a alunos em idade escolar.
Inscrição através da TEA
A The English Academy atua exclusivamente como intermediária entre os candidatos e o English Exam Centre, seguindo rigorosamente as condições estabelecidas pelo EEC.
Nota: Os prazos de inscrição devem ser cumpridos.
- Após a inscrição, não são permitidas devoluções nem alterações de data.
- O EEC exige um número mínimo de candidatos por sessão. Caso esse número não seja atingido, será proposta uma data alternativa.

Exam Dates
All official exam dates are set and managed by the English Exam Centre (EEC). The English Academy does not define, manage or alter exam dates.
The calendar published on our website is based exclusively on the information made available by the English Exam Centre at the time of consultation. Dates, availability and conditions are subject to change by the EEC without prior notice.
Please note: All registrations must be completed directly through The English Academy.
Teacher Recommendation
Students should only register for an exam when formally recommended by their teacher. The recommendation is based on:
- Academic assessment
- Mock exam performance
- Classroom engagement
- Overall readiness
Taking the exam at the appropriate time is essential for achieving the best possible result.
B2 First vs B2 First for Schools
B2 First and B2 First for Schools are two versions of the same qualification. They:
- Award exactly the same certificate
- Assess the same skills
- Have the same level of difficulty
- Can be taken by candidates of any age
The “For Schools” version simply includes topics that are more closely related to school-age candidates.
Registration Through TEA
The English Academy acts solely as an intermediary between candidates and the English Exam Centre and strictly follows the conditions established by the EEC.
Please note:
- Registration deadlines must be respected.
- After registration, refunds and date changes are not permitted.
- The EEC requires a minimum number of candidates per session. If that minimum is not reached, an alternative date will be proposed.
